As a father of four, I know first-hand that parenting is tough. As a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I know that parenting a child with behavioral challenges is even tougher, and I believe there is hope!
If your child argues excessively with you, ignores your instructions, or engages in destructive behaviors like aggression, then I can help!
By using the principles of learning (the core principles of ABA) I can help you manage these difficult situations with strategies that have been shown to be effective in both scientific research and in everyday practice.
This service does not include assessments intended to provide a diagnosis of any kind. However, included in this service is a Functional Behavioral Assessment that provides important information about why your child engages in particular behaviors and what the environmental triggers are for these behaviors.
Also included with this service is parent training that contains both an educational component to learn about the scientific principles used in ABA, and an application component to learn how to apply these principles
through role play and in real-time with your child.
This service is appropriate for a child who is not diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or a related disorder. If your child is diagnosed with ASD or a related disorder, then my ABA Therapy service is more appropriate for you.
what does ti lumieres provide in a parent consultation?
Parent consultations ideally take place in person, but the initial conversation can take place through a telephone call or zoom call.
Parent Consultation begins with a 15-30-minute intake conversation at no cost to the prospective client. This conversation will determine if my parent consultation services are right for you or if a referral to another provider would be a better fit.

This service does not include ABA therapy with the child and is private pay only. Pricing reflects the industry standard.
